Orders & Delivery

Confirmation of your order will be e-mailed to you. Orders can only be delivered to addresses in the UK mainland. For deliveries outside this region, please contact us.

Deliveries are dispatched either from our stock or direct from the manufacturer to us then one to you. Therefore please allow up to 72 hours from the time of order to receipt of goods. In the unusual event of a longer wait we will get in touch with you.

Deliveries are not made during the weekends or Bank Holidays.

Orders taken after 12.00pm on Friday are not despatched until the following week to avoid being in transit over the weekend as we find these deliveries less reliable. Must be a Friday afternoon thing!

If an item is out of stock we will contact you by e-mail or telephone with the options of waiting until we can supply the original goods, or we may suggest a suitable substitution.

Certain deliveries are made by a national courier service that will require a signature for acceptance of the goods – please let us know of alternative arrangements if you are unable to receive the order.

Payments & Taxes

We accept PayPal, bank transfer or cheques - orders will be dispatched after cheques have cleared. All transactions are in pounds Sterling (£).

Refunds on purchases will be made to the purchasers PayPal account or by cheque or cash depending on payment method.

All prices on this website are quoted are inclusive of UK Sales tax as we are a small business that trades below the VAT registration level.

Refunds & Returns

If goods arrive damaged please advise us within three working days by email or telephone to arrange return and refund of the items.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your goods, please contact us by telephone, letter, fax, or email within seven working days after they were received. We will arrange to exchange, or refund the goods, providing they are returned in perfect condition, unused and still in their original internal packaging.

Reimbursement will be made to the purchasers Paypal account within 14 days after we are in receipt of the products (or by cheque or cash depending on payment method)

Please note, you are responsible for postal charges for the return of the goods or alternatively you can make goods available for collection by our own courier - we will advise you of costs of this service.
